Dale came on an emergency basis tonight as my air conditioning was not working and it was over 90° in my house! He diagnosed the problem right away. He also came very close to when he said he would be here probably slightly early and did a terrific job of making do by cutting down a filter so it would work in my existing system. He also got the Compressor working fairly quickly and actually waited an extra five minutes to make sure everything was working properly.

Andy came out on Friday 4/17/26 for service call. While replacing and screwing in a new capacitor, he punctured one of the coils in the condenser with the securing screw. He waited for the refrigerant to fully drain through the puncture hole, he then soldered the hole, and filled the system without charge, with a warranty if the soldered hole were to leak in the in future. To confirm that he fully charged the system, I requested, and he agreed to take a photo after charging system to confirm that the refrigerant was fully charged. He indicated that the photos would be uploaded with the receipt to my email. The photos were never uploaded. Because there was no confirmation that the system was fully charged, I was considering hiring another company to come and confirm. Since Wentzel’s didn’t follow through, I felt that it wasn’t right for me, the customer, to have to pay for the confirmation that was promised to me I called on Monday 4/20/2026 and spoke to a manager, asking for date and time stamped photos to confirm that the refrigerant was, in fact, fully charged. If there was no confirmation with the date and time stamped photo, I then requested that another technician come by and confirm that the suction and discharge pressure were adequate. While on the phone, she indicated that Andy had texted the photos to her and that she would call me back. As of an hour later, I am still awaiting either a date and time stamped photo of the refrigeration charge, or another service call with a rating of the refrigerant pressure. I will update this review if I hear back, and whether I will ever receive confirmation that the system was fully charged with refrigerant. I get that mistakes happen, but it is the company’s responsibility to fix their mistakes adequately and completely. I am still awaiting for their accountability to confirm that they fully repaired their mistake and fully replace refrigerant that drained out because of their mistake. The company manager asked me to trust that they fully filled the system, completely fixing their mistake. I am asking that they earn that trust by demonstrating that they, in fact, did fully fill the system with the refrigerant that completely drained out due to their mistake.
