I’ve been using this family-owned AC company for the past seven years, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. They are always honest, reliable, and courteous every single time they come out. One thing I really appreciate is their attention to detail and respect for my home. I have a sign asking people not to wear shoes inside, and they consistently put on booties without me ever having to mention it. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way. I have them come out twice a year for regular maintenance, and they’ve always been thorough and professional. It’s hard to find a company you can trust long-term, but they’ve absolutely earned mine.

I can not say enough good things about Watson Refrigeration. I needed an experienced company to replace my roof mounted HVAC. Three things were going on, I was having a new roof put on, and I needed a new gas line, and I needed new ductwork up on the roof. Watson did an incredible job fabricating new ducts to perfection. They installed a new gas line replacing the 45 year old existing one and improved on it's location. They fabricated a new stand for the HVAC to sit on, and they connected the power and thermostat with new parts. I am so happy with all the work these folks did, and if your searching for a very competent company I highly suggest you call Watson Refrigeration. We are all shocked by the cost of things these days, but Watson's prices are very competitive with the other big names in our city (I know because I got 5 bids). I believe using a smaller company resulted in better communication and better expertise at doing the work, which I am grateful for.

Our AC went out yesterday and we assumed the worst. When I spoke with Marie this morning, she quickly addressed our need and dispatched Paul to come to our home. We were very lucky that the problem was very minor. Paul and his son (or Gabe) were very courteous and professional. Thank you Watson Refrigeration.
