Outstanding technicians and service. Just had my complete HVAC system replaced. Everyone I dealt with at Wards was very knowledgeable and professional. From the first call to get a quote to discussing my options on a replacement system, all the technicians and office personnel were great. The day of my system changeout everyone arrived on time and quickly got in gear. These guys finished up quickly and completely cleaned up behind themselves. They all seemed to be in a good mood and eager to work together in a professional manner. This new system surely is quiet and seems to be of very good quality. I am very glad I decided to use Ward Mechanical Contractors. Their pricing was good, and service was excellent. Installation being done correctly with no shortcuts is critical. It is comforting knowing I have a brand-new system and a great team standing behind it.

Where do I begin with this amazing company and staff. Called them for a service call to find out needed an entire unit. Spoke with Ms. Cindy and she helped iron out everything and went over and beyond to help me with choosing the correct system. The day of install which is today they was on time and ready to go. We have not had any service done to our units yet, but our home warranty company sent Ward Mechanical to us for an issue with air flow and condensation. They were very quick to get us on their schedule, we were seen within 24 hours. The office staff that scheduled the appointment was very nice and helpful. The tech that came out was very professional and thorough. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We will be working with this company in the future to service our A/C unit and we would recommend them to all our friends and family. Great company!
