Terrible Experience — Avoid This Company at All Costs‼️‼️ I don’t leave bad reviews often, but my experience with Wan Mechanical has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. If you’re assigned this company through your home warranty, do yourself a favor and request someone else immediately. My AC went out on Monday, June 1st, and since Wan Mechanical got involved, things have only gotten worse. The first technician came out, stayed less than 10 minutes, quickly installed a new capacitor for the fan, and rushed off to another call. He didn’t take the time to check if the system was working properly before leaving, he didn’t enter my home at all. That night, my power started cutting out — and that has never happened in the three years I’ve lived in my home. By the next morning, my power had gone out four more times, and every time I turned the AC back on, I saw sparks at the breaker. Clearly, something was wrong — and it wasn’t happening until after Wan Mechanical touched it. I called Old Republic Home Warranty at 10 a.m. and explained that this needed immediate attention — especially with a small child in the home and temperatures inside hitting 85°F. Still, they made me wait until 4 p.m., with no AC in the Las Vegas heat. When the tech came back, the very first thing he said was that this looked like “an electrical problem” and had nothing to do with the work he did. Luckily, my father was visiting from Texas — and he knows a thing or two about AC systems. He immediately challenged the tech and told him flat-out that whatever he installed the day before was causing surges and shorts in the system. Only then did the tech start to backtrack and admit that the compressor was now damaged. But still — no accountability. If my father hadn’t been there to speak up, I’m confident the tech would’ve left me believing this was an unrelated issue that I would need to call my warranty about — leaving me with no AC, and no clear direction forward. That’s absolutely unacceptable. It’s now Wednesday, and we’ve been without an AC unit since Monday night. We won’t have a working system until Thursday. That’s four full days of heat, poor sleep, discomfort, and stress in hot uncomfortable weather. My father, who flew in to visit, hasn’t been able to sleep comfortably. None of us have. And Wan Mechanical has shown no urgency, no concern, and no sense of responsibility. I understand older systems come with issues, but the timing here is too clear to ignore. My system was working (though not perfect) before they touched it. Now I need a full compressor replacement because of what feels like negligence and a rushed job. Again — I strongly advise anyone assigned Wan Mechanical through their home warranty to ask for a different company immediately. They’ve created more problems than they’ve solved, left my family sweating in the Vegas heat, and demonstrated a serious lack of accountability and professionalism. I truly hope Old Republic reconsiders doing business with them moving forward. This has been a nightmare. No family should be put through this — especially not during a Las Vegas summer.

The technician Abutbame is a very dedicated hardworking person, we were so frustrated when the home warranty said that it will take 5 days to get the compressor on our AC unit and it was so hot in our bedroom upstairs but Abubame step up and said he found a store that sells the compressor and he can fix the AC the very next day. We were so relieved of the good news and I will highly recommend Wann Mechanical for their superior service and quality care to their customers. Two thumbs 👍 up for me

What a great company. My AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year and the technician came out the same day. He thought the parts would not be in until Monday, but he was able to acquire the parts next day. He had called to come out that day(SATURDAY) and even though I hadn’t answered he showed up anyway ready to fix the AC. The extra attention of coming out really made me feel like he cared about us being in a hot house all weekend. Thank you so much for not only fixing my AC but also going above and beyond to make it happen quick.
