Called Wagner about 8 am because my AC quit. Daniel was at my home about 10 mins later and my AC was cooling again by 8:40. Top notch service. Daniel was pleasant and did not freak out when my cat ran out from under the AC unit on him. Highly recommend! Can't go wrong with this kind of service.

I built my home in 2016 and Wagner Air Conditioning installed my unit. Since 2016, I have had to have them out 1-2 times a year to fix/replace something on the unit. This was supposed to be a brand new unit, mind you. The last time they were out, for some unknown reason, the tech disconnected the overflow sensor that shuts off the unit if the water level in the pan gets too high. I noticed a puddle in my hallway last night and discovered that the overflow pan was full and overflowing. It flooded my walls, soaked my insulation and water was pouring out of my son’s ceiling through the smoke detector. Had the sensor been connected, as it should have been, this could have been avoided and I would t be in a position where I now have to tear down an entire wall in my home and replace sheet rock and possibly have an electrician come out and make sure there isn’t any water damage to any of the electrical components inside my wall. The last thing I need is an electrical fire burning down my home all because of an error Wagner Air Conditioning made. I put in a call this morning with them and I’m supposed to be hearing back from them soon. I will update my review once I hear back from them.

By far the best around! Heater wasn’t working and they had their tech Justin at my house within 20 minutes, back up and running within the hour. Extremely nice and professional. Awesome service
