I have W F Smith co. Handle all my air conditioning needs.i found them over 14 years ago and they installed my central air conditioning. Since then I’ve had them install additional heating and air conditioning wall units and I have them return yearly for routine maintenance. If I have any concerns they respond quickly.. the technician was thoughtful he even marked my unit so I know which direction to put the air conditioning filer (which is very important) Their prices are reasonable, their technicians knowledgeable, efficient, polite, dress accordingly and respect my property. The great thing is the employees have been with the company for years which shows it’s a great company to work for. I highly recommend them

I’ve been using W.F. Smith, Inc. for my HVAC needs for years and they consistently go above and beyond. Anytime I’ve had an issue with my furnace, they are quick to respond and thoroughly inspect everything to make sure the job is done right. Their technician Dave is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and takes time to explain what is going on. Rich, the owner, really knows his stuff as well. You can tell he runs the company with integrity. They never cut corners, yet their pricing remains fair and reasonable. The W.F. Smith team did a great job of replacing my 30 year old central air conditioner with a heat pump to supplement my hot water boiler. It was a complicated install, and they worked with me to figure out the best option for my 100 year old home. They know their stuff when it comes to heat pumps, already recommending them to my friends!
