I can see why this company gets good reviews. When our washer went down, I looked up every appliance repair shop in our area. I read reviews, but at the end of the day, I went with the one that responded repeatedly and in a timely fashion. Volta and James, consistently let me know when they could come out, and then when they were on the way. I had looked up the repair on YouTube and I could do it, but it would take quite a while as it required the inner/outer door to be removed to access the latch and then take the other side apart to access the lock. I showed James the washer and let him get to work. About 45 minutes (or less) he let me know the repair was done, using our current parts and that they warranted the work. Very nice guy and he knew exactly what he was doing. I can't say enough about this team. Definitely recommend.

VOLTA and technician James are trustworthy, timely, and reasonable. I’ve worked with James over the last three years and he has always given us options and thoughtful detailed explanations. Our AC system is older (~20 years) and other providers have just simply advocated complete replacement of the system whereas James was thoughtful in presenting options and recommendations. For us, a reasonable cost efficient option was maintaining our current unit with certain electrical and other fixes that have come up every year or two. In every case, James fixed our issue and we were back with cold, strongly blowing air within the day. VOLTA and James are top notch.
