Virginia Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

We have a biannual agreement with Virginia Mechanical. They’ve been maintaining our A/C and furnace since 2018. This is a really great value for $189. Brandy in the office always answers right away, makes scheduling easy, and is a pleasure to deal with. Today Tayjion came out to service our furnace. He texted when he was on his way. He was very respectful and used booties when he entered our home to change the filter. After doing the 21 point tune-up, Tayjion noted that our system was running fine but there was a little condensation running down a pipe. He didn’t ignore this and was patient in his troubleshooting and repair. We really appreciate this—we have this annual service to avoid surprise issues and big repairs down the line. You can see from my photo that our 7-year old furnace still looks brand new after all these years of care by Virginia Mechanical. Thank you for taking care of us all these years!

Of course your AC always breaks on the hottest day of the year. Virginia Mechanical was recommended from a friend so I decided to give them a call after. To my surprise they were able to get a tech there that day to assess the situation. They were extremely thorough and very transparent which was a huge change from the other two companies we had out before them. He literally found the issue within an hour whereas the others wanted to use dyes and run all these other none necessary tests. If you need HVAC help please give them a call.
