Viking Air installed two split system air conditioners in our home, and we are very happy. Justin and Hunter spent the whole day on the job, were very thorough, and left things clean and in good shape. Branson came out to give us the quote, and came out after the install to check on a question I had (which turned out being no problem), and while there he offered to check out our central system to see if there were any simmering issues (there were not). We were very impressed with Viking, and they will be the outfit we call when we have any air conditioning work to do in future. Five stars, for sure!

Robert and Holden provided an exceptional experience in giving me all the options from cost of repair to cost of replacing the unit. One thing that really stood out is Robert diagnosed the issue and proved to me where it was and what option I had to repair. This is important to me as it builds trust that I know I’m dealing with an honest company! Holden did an excellent job in providing me 4 options with two different manufactures which is very rare as most companies usually quote only one brand. I was shocked on how good the prices were to other companies too which told me Viking Air is in the business to help people!
