Velocity Air Conditioning

My 22 year old AC needed to be replaced. I had 4 companies come out. Velocity by far had the best service. They were fast to respond to my inquiry, came out for a quote the same day, quoted a great price for a top notch brand, gives financing options, and came out the next day and installed it. The 2 men, Austin and Eddie are very professional, and talented. I felt comfortable with their work and would recommend this company to anyone seeking a a great AC service / replacement.

Very pleased with Alex who serviced my heating/ac unit. He kept in touch regarding arrival time. Speaks clearly, professional and respectful of my home. He completed ac tube up inspection, condenser coil cleaning foam spray solution thoroughly all leaves removed/ first hosed then wiped them all out and replaced the metal sides. Added pound Freon. Edwin was just at my home for an A/C Check up and this associate was very thorough and friendl Edwin pull the coils and the air drum and cleaned on thoroughly as my other company should have when I purchase the air conditioner from them 2021. This work was done at a very great value to me and unfortunately the other company that I had before did not care about their customers as much as velocity air does.
