Vasquez appliance high refrigeration

Maximo came to my house to remove and install a new ice maker in my refrigerator. He promptly came and not only installed my new ice maker, he removed sheets of ice that accumulated in my freezer. He showed professionalism as well as efficiency and patience. A job well done and was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him for his ability to do any future work for me if needed.

I hate doing this because he was such a nice man. But that’s why I’m giving the 2 stars. He came out today and tried diagnosing my front loader washer. Told me he thought it was the sensor. Said he was going to the warehouse to get it and would text me or call me as to when he would be back. He wasn’t sure if they would have it and if he would be back today. Nothing….. no call back, no text, no response to any of my texts or calls. Super disappointed. He was so kind that I would have loved to do business with him today and in the future.

I would totally use Appliance Repair of Pawtucket in the future. I called at 8:30 AM on a Tuesday and Maximo was here by 9:45 to fix my oven. Did not need to order parts and come back like most Appliance Repair people would. He. was very reasonably priced professional and got the job done. Highly recommend.
