Our AC went out on Memorial Day which happened to be about 85 degrees in our house. I called Valley Service and talked to a person rather than an AI assistant which I really appreciate that. They were able to get out within 45 minutes of my call. Our service tech was amazing. This was my first time using them and I plan to use in the future.

We have had Valley Services service our HVAC system, and they do a great job. Notably, our A/C just went out on a 95 degree day and we have a newborn baby—just weeks old—at home. I was so nervous about the temperature. They got a technician to our house very quickly on an after-hours call, and our A/C was up and running within a couple of hours after I made the call (shout out to Ethan, who was awesome!!!). I couldn’t be more happy with the service from them!

I’ve used Valley Service Mechanical twice for leaks in toilets on different occasions. They answer the phone quickly, are polite, and were able to get Jordan out fast.
