I called Sierra Valley because It was listed as a preferred maintenance provider for York. Susie answered the phone right away and hooked us up for service that day! Bobby the tech called and said he could come earlier, which was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it in under an hour. I will be putting Sierra Valley at the top of my list for future HVAC issues and will share their information with my Neighborhood Watch coordinator.
