I can't say enough good things about William and his team at United Rentals. From the moment I reached out, his team provided fantastic service, handling everything from scheduling to delivery and installation with ease. William himself was an absolute gem—friendly, kind, and incredibly understanding of my urgent situation when my salon's AC failed. Even though he was on vacation, William answered my calls and made sure I got the AC units I needed right away. He even arranged for someone to deliver and install them on the same day. His dedication to his work and his customers is truly remarkable. William, Nicole and the installer were my saviors in a stressful time, and I am so grateful for their help.
