As the owner of an AC business I found Joey, a representative at the counter to be rude, unhelpful and disrespectful! I called in for some information not having an account. I told Joey I would definitely be willing to open an account to move forward but I just wanted to confirm that they would be able to help me out with my specific situation before proceeding. Unfortunately like most kids now and days, Joey doesn't do one cent of work above his pay grade and doesn't understand the concept of great customer service or going above and beyond for your customers. Joey told me I needed to open an account before answering any questions because he doesn't work for free. I asked him how to make an account and then let him know that he was actually getting paid hourly to do his job and that his comment was very rude. He proceeded to tell me it wasn't rude since I wasn't a customer yet before ending the call... like really? He just talks like that to random customers? And I'm just supposed to feel good about opening an account with them after this transaction and trusting that they are the right company to help me get my jobs done? It's not even 8:30 am yet and Joey has already lost a new account for his company. Great job Joey, you underachiever you 👍
