Great experience with this company. Honest and direct; showed me two options to solve my problem and walked through pros and cons of each. This was an AC issue that showed up right at the end of fall, so we waited till late Feb/early March to call. They got me in on the first day of the season warm enough to test AC. Most important to me: United did *not* try to convince me I needed a system replacement or major component replacement when I didn’t. That goes a long way for me!
