My experience with TRIO was amazing from beginning to end. Winston and Charbel were the two installation professionals and they were top notch. They took the time to explain everything about the system, the install, and they even made recommendations on how to maintain the system and ensure proper airflow from the vents. Additionally, they cleaned up all work areas and the work was very precise and clean for the installation. I observed their work throughout the entire process and was very happy to see their attention to detail. I'd also like to mention Tony the project manager who advised me on heatpump options and on good advice I went with a Daikin system. I'm very happy with the choice and the information Tony provided. He quickly identified that replacing the heater would not solve the water leak issue and took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. He even helped arrange a complimentary HVAC tune-up.
