I have used Triad after a friend referred them to me. The tech, Royce, replaced my thermostat and I was so happy with their service that I inquired about HVAC duct/vent cleaning services. Again, the tech, Mark, was very thorough and showed before/after pics as he cleaned each duct. The price was very reasonable and I am extremely satisfied with the result. My home smells cleaner. This is now my company for A/C maintenance!

Fast, friendly service. Our unit went out over the weekend and Royce came by on a Sunday afternoon to check it out. He gave us several options for possible repair versus replacement, with a prompt quote on all options. Very satisfied with the service received and look forward to working with them! Update to add: we had our install today and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. The installers were super friendly, efficient, and respectful.
