I have taking my truck in there twice I am up at 1am in the morning. I have no air in my truck. I’m headed to Florida. I’ve been up all night crying trying to call somebody on the phone to see if they can send an emergency service out and fix my truck. I done taking it into this location twice. He told me that he had fixed it and he didn’t It’s 97° at night and I’m in This Truck. About to die. It’s on a Sunday morning. Can’t get no one on the phone. I’ve been talking to the Answering service people. They took my money and did not fix my truck and I am in here dying I have a load Headed to Florida my load don’t drop off until Monday so I’m gonna die another night being hot. I am so mad at these people. They don’t have no right in them GOD not please with them My head is hurting. I have to keep cranking up the truck. It’s on a timer so I have to keep getting up. I can’t get no sleep. I have to drive eight hours to drop this load. I am so hurt I am adding to my post today is August 13, 2025. I called in and talked to them because I came to a Thermoking in Florida. They are the most nicest people you could ever come across. They told me how much my air conditioner will cost me to get fixed here $2000. He told me that they did not fix my air conditioner and the paperwork is a joke. They did not pacific say what they did to my truck. What was the problem? Just charge me then put down nothing as far as labor parts and yes, I should know these things if I want to be a truck driver, but I am a female And we don’t know all about Truck not just yet but I’m learning it is a lot of criminals out there that will take you for granted tri State refrigeration is one of them I talked to the gentleman who owns it and he told me if I continue to call and harass them that he would deal with me now I was rude. I do not curse, but he threaten me and it hurting my feelings because all I wanted him to do was pay for what he didn’t do and that’s fix my truck. I’m away from my family for weeks at a time sacrificing for this little bit of money Dealing with people driving all day. And with these trucks break down the people who supposed to fix it, rob you overcharge you and do not care.
