I have managed a commercial kitchen for 18 years and have been through several service companies for repairs or replacement. I will never have to look for another one again. Tri-State gives me fast, affordable and reliable service and their service techs are excellent. We had them replace our fan in our exhaust hood a couple of years ago and they did an excellent job. Even cleaned up all the grease off the sidewalk! We recently needed a warming cabinet repaired. Justin did a fantastic job, had it up and running in no time and explained everything that was wrong and what he did. I highly recommend Tri-State for any repairs or installation you may need.

I can’t say enough about this company! They came out in a snowstorm and they worked diligently to figure out all of my problems. I had had other companies out who charged me a lot of money but nobody ever figured out my problems or went to the depths and the great customer service that Tri-State Mechanical did.
