Quick Answers

Does Trane Supply handle commercial HVAC, not just residential systems?

Trane Supply in Tucson, AZ stocks and supplies Trane HVAC equipment and parts that serve both commercial and residential contractors operating within the region. Local HVAC contractors, such as commercial-focused companies in the greater Tucson area, source orders directly from the Tucson warehouse at 2165 Forbes Blvd.

How much does a commercial HVAC unit cost?

Commercial HVAC unit costs vary widely depending on system type, tonnage, building size, and installation complexity, so Trane Supply recommends contacting their Tucson location directly for equipment pricing specific to your project. Factors like rooftop unit capacity, refrigerant type, and control configurations all influence the final figure.

How should a commercial HVAC system be maintained?

Commercial HVAC systems in Tucson's desert climate require regular filter changes, coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, and inspection of electrical components to handle the region's extreme summer heat loads. Facility managers should work with a licensed commercial HVAC contractor who can source OEM Trane replacement parts to keep equipment running to manufacturer specifications.

About

Trane Supply operates a commercial and residential HVAC equipment supply warehouse in Tucson, AZ, serving contractors and HVAC professionals within a 25-mile radius of the Forbes Boulevard location. The Tucson warehouse functions as a distribution and order-fulfillment point for Trane equipment and parts, where contractor accounts can coordinate orders directly with warehouse staff. Verified customer feedback highlights staff members Bob, Phil, and Trevor as knowledgeable resources who help contractors confirm correct parts and equipment before orders are finalized — a detail that matters when downtime in a commercial facility is costly. Facility managers in Tucson and surrounding areas, including Green Valley, depend on timely access to commercial HVAC components given the region's punishing summer temperatures that routinely push rooftop units and package systems to maximum load. Having a local Trane supply point reduces lead times compared to sourcing parts from Phoenix or out-of-state distributors. Contractors serving office buildings, retail centers, schools, and multi-tenant properties in the Tucson metro can coordinate with the Forbes Boulevard location to ensure correct equipment specifications and parts availability before scheduling installation or repair work on-site.

All I wanted was a common condenser fan motor. The website is no help. I called the local number and was sent to some call center in the Philippines. I spent no less than an hour on hold just to be hung up on twice. Never again!
