All I wanted was a common condenser fan motor. The website is no help. I called the local number and was sent to some call center in the Philippines. I spent no less than an hour on hold just to be hung up on twice. Never again!

Bad motor out of the box, they tell me another will be expedited and its been a week and no motor to be found, their phone system is a joke but nothing can stop a trane except them selfs
