Trane Supply

As I have a Trane heating and A/C unit, I buy my filters here. Most of the time it was a pleasant experience, up until the last 2 years. Last year the counter person had a sarcastic attitude when I was describing what filter I needed from previous years, as I didn’t take one of those in. He came across as I didn’t know what I was talking about. I guess this guy is still there! This year I took one in. I asked about the pricing of buying a case versus only a few. He misquoted the price when it came time to pay. I asked if I could text my neighbor to see if they wanted any, in order to buy a case. He walked away and left me standing there, and proceeded across the floor to close the blinds. My neighbors didn’t respond immediately, so I was ready to place my order. Had to wait on him to get back to the counter to do so. Realized it was closing time. I didn’t see this person’s name on my receipt. But it seems the behavior seems the same as the experience I had last time. I ran a company of my own for over 45 years. This person wouldn’t have worked in my organization very long. Seems the other employees that work closely would have picked up the attitude and behavior of this individual. I’ll go elsewhere for my filters….

My Mother who is in her mid 80s had these guys put freon in her ac and the tech didn’t check for leaks. It cost her $1200.00 and it leaked out. The tech told her he would make it good with her and he has avoided her ever sense. She’s on a fixed income and this was not right

Great in person staff, fast and easy. But takes 2 hours for someone to answer the phone if you’re trying to order or price a part. this isn’t just a one time thing, everytime i’ve called here it’s been the same thing.
