My experience with TMS had some challenges, but I appreciate that they ultimately made things right. I ordered a specific kitchen sink and a smaller garbage disposal. On the first scheduled installation, the installers arrived without the sink. On the second visit, they again came without it and had to return to the warehouse to pick it up. An apprentice handled the initial installation work. The wrong sink was installed, and the installation caused my countertop to lift about half an inch. To avoid an even longer wait, I agreed to keep the sink, and it was trimmed to make it appear like the correct fit. They ultimately had to hire a contractor to correct the issue. Despite the frustrations along the way, everyone was very nice and they stuck with the job until everything was corrected and we were satisfied with the final result.

Major shoutout to Gary B. (sales) and Nicholas D. (installation technician) for helping me through what was honestly a very anxiety-provoking process—replacing a boiler. Gary was knowledgeable and straightforward from the start. Unlike other companies, he didn’t try to push us toward a more expensive or complicated system. We had made it clear early on that we wanted something simple, and he actually listened—referencing our initial call and sticking to what we asked for. One thing that really stood out was his attention to detail. He immediately checked the chimney and let us know a liner would be required for the boiler to pass inspection—something other companies never mentioned, even though it can cost thousands. He also helped bundle everything into a single loan with a long-term payment option, which made the whole project much more manageable financially. Even after the job was done, he remained available and helpful when I had follow-up questions. Nicholas D. was just as impressive on the installation side. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He asked thoughtful questions (like thermostat placement), made sure we were comfortable with each step, and even saved our old thermostats for us. Before finishing, he triple-checked his work, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the installation. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. Both Gary and Nicholas made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I’d absolutely recommend them.
