We just had our upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems replaced by Tom's Mechanical, and we are loving the result! From the start, when Erik Soto came out to evaluate our situation, we sensed he had a depth of knowledge and experience that made us feel confident he and his team would do a great job for us. And indeed, they did. Raymond Pecina, Brian Garcia Castro and their hard working team went above and beyond to get everything right in the intense heat of a 100 degree day! After the installation, Brian patiently explained our new thermostats, got them up and running, then graciously went back up into the sweltering attic to test our system at our request:) And before leaving after a very long day, Raymond showed us and explained the equipment they'd installed, made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly and that we were totally satisfied with their work. If you are shopping for HVAC replacement, we highly recommend Tom's Mechanical, this wonderful installation team, as well as Erik Soto. Erik was fantastic throughout the process, giving us very competitive pricing, and answering our many questions w patience and detail.
