Not a professional HVAC company. No follow-up communication, technicians are not thorough and spit in your crawlspace and can't diagnose the real problems. Not BBB acredited, that makes a big difference between member vs accredited. I would avoid this place and just let it go out of business. Call Dauenhauer if you want anything done right.

Look I'm not really the reviewing type, I think this speaks volume to their service. My HVAC crapped out and died right before this heat wave, and I thought I was screwed, but Thornberry Bros came through. They had techs out quickly, replaced my entire unit indoor and out faster than I was expecting, and even hauled off the old one like it was nothing. The team was super polite, clearly knew what they were doing, and worked fast without leaving a single bit of mess behind. My new system is running so well that I feel like I was living in the stone ages before, it's seriously night and day compared to that old one. To top it off, they gave me a solid warranty and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. If you've got a serious HVAC problem, and want to deal with actual people instead of some automated help line, CALL TBI. These guys are actual pros.
