We have been using Thigpen A/C for many years. They are very honest and never try to sell you something or claim there are system issues if there truly isn’t. The yearly maintenance price is very reasonable. Their technicians (Will is who we had today) are very friendly and thorough. We are always pleased with them and highly recommend!

After having other companies come in and try to sell me a ton of stuff I didn’t need, I was referred to Thigpen. Will came out, went thru the system top to bottom and fixed it right the first time saving us a ton of money and sweat. Will worked hard and was honest, unlike the other companies, and got us back on track. After watching all the other companies being bought out and turning in to sales machines where the techs are more salesmen than AC techs, Thigpen was a breath of fresh air. We’ll never use anyone other than Thigpen from now on.

Always impressed with the service. Triston was the tech for my service call. We'd been out of our home due to repairs for 2 months. Various contractors had been in and out. We were scheduled to move back in and when I went over to the house, one of the units was not cooling. I immediately called Thigpen at 7:50 a.m. and they confirmed they would have someone out by lunchtime SAME DAY!. Triston troubleshooted and spent a great deal of time thoroughly investigating the issue and narrowed it down to 2 possible issues. New parts were ordered for both and he returned the next day to install. (thankfully for us it was the less expensive part that was the problem). However I sincerely appreciated the expediency of getting the repair done. Our A/C is working perfectly tonight and we are sleeping comfortably. I would recommend Thigpen any time!
