They are crooks ! Beware called them to inquire about getting work done on a smaller v220 max unit on a friend's transit van they assured me that they could preform the upgrade for the smart power to bring it to them that there techs could handle it. They didn't do anything to unit quoted 15,000 to do upgrade to power unit from 110v.Basically my friend paid them 400 dollars for them to tell her that they couldn't perform the work did absolutely nothing to the unit not a single thing . You would have thought you would have thought they might have done a service change the filter or something at least to justify $400 charge for telling you they couldn't do the job they said to bring it by to do

Not a good business practice.Very expensive and overpriced quotes for repairs and they make people wait an hour before they can pull your trailer up.Complete waste of time and money. Go to golden transportation refrigeration nearby,they have lot better service than this place.
