So glad I chose The Lee Thompson Co.! Adam, my minisplit installer, arrive on time and was courteous to me and respectful of my home. Adam inspired confidence, not only with his knowledge of minisplit a/c units, but with his experience in maintaining the unit to ensure it's long life. His "helper" Billy was also very professional. He worked side by side with Adam every step of the way and seemed genuinely interested in making sure everything was done correctly. Adam and Billy cleaned up after themselves, taking away the old unit, but not before Adam went over every aspect of the minisplit operation, Billy listening intently like I was. Dustin, the sales representative, was outstanding — he arranged everything seamlessly, stayed highly responsive throughout the process, and communicated clearly every step of the way.
