My heat pump went out and I called several HVAC companies to fix it. The first two barely looked at it before telling me to just replace it. Then Geiler came, inspected the unit and told me it was still under warranty for parts, about $3000. The service tech (Chris) was super nice, thorough and explained everything. We had a non-working heat pump during the coldest week of winter. We called Geilers emergency line and they sent Cal within a few hours. Cal did an excellent job working on our furnace! It ended up being a thermostat issue. He was thorough, professional and took the time to explain what was going on and how he fixed it.
