Alec arrive at the specified time to do a spring AC check up. He was quite professional and efficient. When he entered our house to check the unit, he put on protective booties. (This was a plus!) He checked all of the AC components and found no problems, but did suggest some upgrades to the system. There was no pressure to purchase the upgrades, but he provided good information for us to consider. Overall, Alec is a great representative of Temperature Pro and has my highest recommendation.

I wanted to share a quick update on the recent AC troubleshooting. Mo/Alec did a great job performing a thorough inspection to identify the issue. He carefully checked both the condenser unit and the upstairs coil using a bubble solution, and no visible leaks were found at this time. As an added step, he also introduced a UV dye into the system. This will make it much easier to pinpoint the source if a leak shows up during normal operation.
