Roger responded to my call in a timely manner. My refrigerator was warm and he was able to come see me the same day. Very professional, he resolved my issue temporarily. I had the same issue 2 months later and when we texted back and forth, he apologized and let me know it was time to get a new refrigerator and the said he would refund my money and he did!! His prices were reasonable and I will definitely use his services again if I ever have a need.

Roger was amazing! Took his time, analyze what was going on with the machine and it ended up being a very simple fix! He could’ve lied.
