Been using Scott and his team for years. Amazing service! They were able to come out quick to fix our AC unit that stopped working yesterday. The technicians that came out were able to find the issue quickly and have our AC up and running again. They saved our family from this sweltering heat! If you ever have any issues with your AC unit, I recommend using Taylor Made Refrigeration 100%!

It pains me to leave this review because Scott & co. provided the best HVAC service I could fathom for a very long time. Unfortunately, over the last few years, they seemed to stop caring. After spending 13k for a new installation, I called them out about 3-4 times over the next few years due to a condensate drainage issue and they never managed to fix it. It came to the point that I felt I was inconveniencing them by calling. Any guy they sent out spent no more than 30 mins and was ready to bolt. Well, I called another company out and their tech just spent all afternoon in my attic fixing the installation issues that Taylor Made caused and never cared to fix. Used to love these guys, now, not so much. I guess it was good while it lasted.

We have used Taylor Made Refrigeration three times now. Each time they have been very responsive. Today I had an issue with my AC and they were out two hours later after I called. They had replaced a motor over the summer that had gone out. They checked it out and since the motor was still under warranty, they replaced it for free. (I had to pay for labor, but not the motor.) The repairman today (Dalton) was really nice and professional.
