Fantastic service. Had 2 systems installed in 2 days. The house feels colder and dryer than ever before, and it holds steady with no struggle. Everyone in the pipeline was very professional, and answered questions we had throughout the process. The installers had plenty of experience to tackle some unexpected challenges in the installation. Afterwards, they took us for a walkthrough where they explained everything in detail, and went over the operation of the new machines. Highly recommended!

AC unit stopped working and despite my best efforts, I couldn’t get it working. Called Tampa Bay AC and they came out same day and quickly discovered the problem was clogged drain line, even though I thought it was clear. Technician was absolutely fantastic and professional.
