Every great experience starts with a great sales person. Someone that is knowledgeable & experienced in the trades themselves and who is trustworthy, Josh Lovell at Synergy really was the reason I decided to contract with this company out of all the options I had. Ultimately, I had a 22kw generator installed on the far side of the house from the electrical panel, a tankless gas water heater to replace by electric tank heater, new sump pump with discharge pipe, added a subpanel per my request and all the required modifications & upgrades to the existing work needed such as my meter base & mast. The Sales team may have sealed the deal, but it's really the onsite team that shows up to your house and executes the work that truly determined my satisfaction. Austin & James C made quick work of all the various electrical install work to be done, finishing everything in one day. They coordinated with KU, power was off at 8:30am and back on before 12:30. Chad & Kramer handled all the plumbing work required and did a great job on the sump pump and water heater converted back to gas w/ vent. Everyone had great attitudes and were very courtesy. None of them had any issue with me asking questions and taking progress pics throughout the day. I could tell they love what they do and the company they work for, which further reflected in the speed and quality and professional level of work they did on my property. This company , from estimator, to the 2 great fellas who installed (Austin and James )and made the not so easy to connect …. ( thru very small crawl space ) of a Generac generator were wonderful! They were exactly on time, completed the job in less than 1/2 a day, and carefully cleaned up work areas . AND it was a rainy miserable day. Highly recommend this company.
