Spent $3000 between customer pay and warranty. Amy has a nasty attitude. First I had my trailer dropped off by an outside carrier for warranty work recommended to me by one of their sales people. Amy called me told me diagnostic, and misc repairs weren't covered taking over $900 from my pocket. Shocked but backed into a corner I agreed paying the bill. The minute I paid the bill I started receiving threatening emails from Amy telling me that if I didn't pick up my trailer immediately then I would be charged $50 a day. I'm an owner operator and I'm not even from florida. I was trying to sell my trailer and was recommended to have a warranty repair done on it prior to selling it. Thats why I hired an outside carrier to bring it to you. I'm from Wyoming not Florida. When I came today to pick up my trailer as soon as Amy heard my company name she said "you're good" and pointed back outside. That dismissive attitude is completely uncalled for. Sarah in parts was fantastic and helped me purchase a few more things for my trailer before I departed never to return again.

Service rate increasd to 300$ after new year for regular hours and on top of that all this fees , shop suplies , tech fee , knowledge fees , tax etc ! Really ? You huys should be ashamed of your charges not even talking about after hours calls . I been to many transicold servicea thru all US this one is least knowledgeable and most expressive and the attitude that you get in the office is just ridiculous. They acting they paying you and not yhe other way around . They will never even give you a hint what could be wrong with your unit always greedy response is bring it here we have to look at it. I even offered and ask if is ok to use my own frion to top offunit and charge me labor they said they have to use theirs . God forbid you dont pick up trailer same day after repair is done there is daily storage fee. I dont wish bad to anyone , we all Got to eat but can not wait for this shop to close down because of being greedy and that will happend is juat metter of time .

Amy the service manager went above and beyond to help me when my trailer needed repair. Then went above and beyond again to help me with my company submitting payment for repairs. SHES AMAZING
