BEWARE!! Went to get my APU serviced and it felt like they were milking the clock just to charge more money. All they ended up doing was changing a spark plug and fixing a wire, yet they had me sitting there for hours wondering what was going on. When I finally checked on the tech, he was casually taking his sweet time wrapping tape around a wire. Completely unprofessional and felt like my time and money were being taken advantage of. Very dishonest people, I was charged almost $500.

I needed my alternator properly bolted on and belts replaced on my APU. I stopped in on a Tuesday morning around 0820, was told they were too busy to do it today. I wasn’t sure told it was First come First serve. I stopped in 2 days later and got there at 0710, long before anybody else was there. When they opened at 0800 I went inside and was told AGAIN that they would not get to me today, they were too busy with trailers and didn’t have a technician. I live an hour away. I was furious, he told me it was First come First Serve. I will never visit this location again. If you have a truck and need APU work done DO NOT go to these losers. Waste of time and fuel.

I had an emergency call to Sunbelt Transportation Refrigeration about my reefer unit, and needed immediate attention. When I arrived at Sunbelt, I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes before getting my unit serviced. Erik not only did a fantastic job servicing my reefer but also explained what was causing the problem and how long it would take to repair it. I will be doing any repairs or service in the future at Sunbelt.
