Absolutely, the worst customer service. Had an appointment From 10 to 2. They shut up at 345 late. Gave me an attitude because I wasn't home. I had to go pick my kids up from school. Told them to wait 5 minutes and I'll be there. Saw him drive and away was even 5 minutes. Told their boss that I was taking too long. Do not go through them.

I switched to Suburban about 8 months ago when the company I had been with gave me a hard time with starting a budget plan and were rude to me whenever I reached out to them with concerns. Suburban started me on one right away and didn't make me wait until a certain time of the year, which was so helpful to me. When the previous company's tank failed inspection and they refused to fix it and then wouldn't change the removal date even though I had an important event that day, Suburban came to the rescue and showed up when the excavators were removing my tank and got the new one in quickly and in time for me to get to the event. Everyone I have spoken to from the customer service people to the guys who came to my house to service my tank have been a pleasure to work with and helped to make me feel at ease. I'm so glad that I switched to Suburban.
