First of all, thank you to Dylan for showing up on short notice on a Saturday and for doing a great job. This review is not about Dylan or the quality of his work, he was professional and handled the issue well. My concern is strictly with the pricing. I had no issue with the $149 diagnostic/trip charge. However, I was charged an additional $200 for correcting a disconnected Y wire and adding the O wire so the reversing valve would energize properly and allow the system to cool correctly. While I appreciate the fix and the system is now working, charging $200 for work that took less than 30 minutes felt extremely overpriced. Pricing like this can drive customers away. Good service should be matched with fair and reasonable pricing.
