Stegall Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing

We have an annual HVAC service plan with Stegall. During our recent spring HVAC system check-up, the service technician provided exceptional service. With similar service plans I’ve purchased in the past, a technician typically arrives, briefly introduces himself, and then disappears to perform the service. Later, the technician returns, asks you to sign off that the work was completed, collects payment, and leaves. Very little information is shared about the condition of the equipment—usually just that everything seems fine and that they’ll see you at the next scheduled service. That was not the case during our most recent visit from Stegall. The technician took the time to explain every inspection he performed, the conditions he encountered, and any recommended actions. He also thoroughly cleaned the outdoor HVAC equipment—something I had been concerned about but he addressed before I even had the chance to mention it. I truly trust that my HVAC system is being cared for by professionals who genuinely have my best interests at the center of what they strive to accomplish.
