The Owner sent me the Best today! We had a serious problem at our restaurant in Nitro-our flat top grill needed diagnosed because it would not keep temperature. Immediately the next morning he sent Keith to help us out! He beat me to work and was waiting for me! He immediately took the panels off and showed me the grease build up on the bottom area and all around the eyes of the burners. He and his team member took the time to clean and detail the piece of equipment! Blown away by the customer service & determination to help us out! The piece of equipment was 2nd hand but they showed us what the problem was and how to deter it from happening again. We will now implement more of a detail cleaning to deter this from happening again. We also called upon them last week to calibrate and light our pilot light and they are always helpful and kind. Strongly recommend this locally owned small business. We would had been in some serious trouble if we didn’t call Statewide! Thank you Mark & your Team for saving us today with our business! We appreciate you all supporting us when you’re looking for a bite to eat! We are so lucky to have you all in our area!

Didn't finish the job, left a high school, high and dry with no servingline. No explanation no warning. Nothing just a huge mess to walk into Monday morning. Would Not recommend!

Service very fast but they don’t have good tech guys.i call them to fix my ice machine and walking freezer. Guy came to my place on time spend 3 hours to check freezer and say they will send better technicians and fixed. next day, other guy came and put part for ice machine and left I ask about freezer he said office manager send other technician and third time other technician come and check only ice machine and left . My problem still there . Week after they send bill 💵 for 2k and now they settled with $1200 for one piece of ice machine. Not happy
