Seth was so pleasant and friendly from the first call. When he got to the house , he got to work and was done in no time. Told us why our unit wasn't cooling, took care of it and was on his way in under an hour, maybe less. He answered all our questions and gave us info about maintenance since our unit is older. We will use Standard again because of Seth and will be asking for him to be our service technician. Keep up the good work, Seth, and thanks!

I had a good experience with the tech that came out to perform a tune-up on my AC system. He was very knowledgeable and professional He explained to me everything he was doing which was good. My only disappointment was that the maintenance tune up did not include cleaning out the outside coil or fins on the compressor like I had done before with a different company. I have been using standard heating, cooling and plumbing for years now and they always have given me good service in the past.
