We have been customers since 2013. They installed and have maintained our ac unit well. Mike has been our technician most of the time and he is always friendly and thorough. The receptionists are always friendly and schedule you in ASAP and let you know when your tech is on the way. The few times the unit had an issue in 13 years they were very quick to come out and fix it so that we weren't without air in the hot Florida summer. You're all greatly appreciated by our family. After I made an appointment for a routine check of wour heating and A/C equipment I was pleased to recieve a phone call confirming the date and time as well a a call to tell me a service person was on the way even before the window of time promised. The serice did not take long and the technician pointe out some improvements we could make and left a written detail of the cost after pointing out the benefits of enhancing our equipment. Good company to deal with - thumbs up from me.
