The team at SRG Mechanical is absolutely amazing and consistently exceeds expectations. Isabel is one of the kindest, most patient, and understanding people to work with when it comes to scheduling — she truly makes the process stress-free. Shawn R was fantastic as well, with excellent communication and a clear, thorough explanation of the estimate and how to move forward quickly. And last but certainly not least — Hector Deniz is our hero. He came onsite during extremely cold temperatures and did everything needed to get the heat restored in our office. We are beyond appreciative of his hard work and dedication. We are incredibly grateful for this entire team. 10/10 would recommend, and we won’t call anyone else for our HVAC needs.

Excellent work by SRG on installing new A/C and furnace in my house. Since my original, 22-yr old HVAC system stopped working, SRG provided a temporary portable A/C unit to keep us cool in this hot weather. They worked with my insurance by providing them the tech specs and diagnostics in order for the insurance company to provide reimbursement to me for cost of the system.

SRG Mechanical did a great job repairing our steam boiler. Hector was the technician who came out and quickly diagnosed a failed thermocouple. He explained the issue clearly and replaced it the same day, getting the boiler back up and running safely. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
