Spencer Heating & Air

After getting a couple of bids to replace our current aging HVAC units, we contacted Spencer Heating & Air for one more. We were impressed to find David's quote was significantly less than the other quotes. The crew members that he sent to install the new units were very efficient and professional. They hauled away all of the old equipment and cleaned up after themselves. The units themselves are amazing; even in the extreme cold that we recently had, they do not run continuously. Once they turn on, they heat very efficiently and the house remains comfortable for a longer period of time. The staff in David's office was helpful in filing the extended warranty for us and with getting us the proper documentation to claim the units energy efficient status on our taxes. We are thankful that someone suggested that we contact David and will call him for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

We came home from dinner the other night to find our system was shut down. When we called Spencer the next morning, they said someone would be out soon. We got a call when the technician was on the way! Brad was the best! He talked me through what he thought the problem might be even before he looked at it. And what do you know? He was right! He took his time to clean out our drain-line and told me what to look for if it were to happen again. When I complemented the business when talking to him, he even said that he would never work anywhere else. Great service. Great people.
