SOUTHERN CAL REFRIGERATION

Refrigeration techs are rude and agree. I had a tech want to fight me in a parking lot. I tried to de escalate the situation but he was persistent on trying to fight me. I wouldn't do business with people like this I could imagine how they treat their customers.

Stay away from this company. Ray their tech came out to my store and said I needed new defrosting coils for my walk in freezer. ($600 for parts). I ordered the parts and I noticed Ray did a lot of standing around ( billing hourly). I believe he was "padding his hours". Classic came three times trying to find what was wrong with my unit, and cleaned the compressor and billed me $900. I distrusted them and got another company who had me climb on top of the freezer and showed me the power was not hooked up to the defrosting unit and I did not need the parts Classic said I did at all. Classic is run by a bunch of arrogant bunch of rip off artists. They usually do work for Costco etc but "did me a favor " by helping a small business person. My appliance guy got the walk in working in one hour and I can return the parts. Thank God I did not use Classic again. I believe Ray and his boss Scott would have billed me another $900 for work I did not need. I contacted Scott the boss but no reply. One star is one too many.
