They had a tech (DQ) that was already in my area and was able to get to my house within about 30 minutes. He is very knowledgable and thorough with his troubleshooting. He was able to quickly pinpoint the fault and get it corrected and had my unit up and running again in about an hour. Luckily it wasn't anything major. He was also very kind and let my son (4 yrs old) look over his shoulder and interview him while he was working.
