I couldn’t tell you enough on how absolutely amazing this company is. From answering all my questions( in which I had a lot) to the owner of the company coming to my home to address the concerns I had first hand, to his wonderful daughter and son in law that tried everything possible to keep me from having to purchase a new unit( which needed to be replaced in the end as it was 23 yrs old) to offering the best price possible. They made me not only feel at peace at what I was getting but they were with my family every single step of the way. The installation team was absolutely fantastic making sure that everything was installed correctly and didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied. Truly you will not be disappointed if you go with them. In my opinion they are greater the then 5 star rating system. They are phenomenal in every way🙏

Had an issue with our AC not working and thought it might be something serious. We called a local family-owned business to come take a look, and it turned out to be something simple. Chris was super friendly, honest, and professional. He took the time to explain everything and didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. We really appreciate his honesty and great service. We’ll definitely be scheduling him for regular maintenance every 6 months moving forward. Highly recommend!

I have had work done with this company twice. The first time Chris walked me through a few things over the phone with a broken swamp cooler. Which was very cool and trying to help someone save a few bucks. Told him if I had ac issues at my house he would be my first call. Fast forward a year we decided to have a new ac system installed. They were my first call but my second quote as the other company was able to come out that same day. Chris came in quite a bit cheaper than the first. We decided to move forward. Crew came for the install and everyone was very friendly polite and professional. Made sure to clean up when they were done. Even wash their hands before installing the new thermostats so the walls wouldn’t get dirty. Would definitely recommend south valley ac for work.
