Terrible customer service, when you call you get an ai answering service that is useless. When John the tech showed up he was rude bc he didn't know how to get my oven out of the cabinet and got frustrated. He took that frustration out on me when I requested him to fill out a repair form for my 3rd party warranty. He was rude to me in my home so I asked him to leave which he did. I then called corporate and this was over 4 hours ago and no one has reached out. John closed out the ticket and sent me an $1100 bill saying the job is complete. See picture of my oven missing the door. On top of that I doubt the repair was done properly. Don't do business with solar there are other companies that will do a better job and provide better customer service without the attitude.

Jonathan was polite, professional, informative, efficient and diagnosed the issue with my washing machine in minutes and was able to fix the problem. Jonathan was honest, prompt and kept me informed.
