Recently moved to the area I signed up for their yearly maintenance program And I didn’t even have to call them to schedule a service. They reached out to me first which I really appreciate that They sent their technician out Craig. He answered all my questions, very professionally and respectfully definitely an asset for this company.

I would not recommend this company for a number of reasons. First of all terrible customer service unless it's your first time calling. Second they came out three times in one day only to keep replacing fuses, which was not the case. I would expect a professional to pin point the problem not do an easy fix. Two weeks later same problem, however it happens on a holiday, so 2 days in 90 degree weather, only to have a person act annoyed and telling me that the same person needs to come back but isn't there and we will be last on the list the next day. I then contacted someone else to solve the real problem a capacitor which should have been determined the last few times by this company instead replacing fuses to do a quick fix. Alot of companies out there with way better reviews, customer service and knowledge.

Called and told them exactly what was wrong with my ac they tell me they can fix it they send a guy out I tell the technician that came to “fix” it exactly what’s wrong just like I told the lady on the phone. Comes back in 10 to 20 mins later says hey your right that’s what’s wrong with it we will have to quote and come back next week. So I got charged $125 for them to come tell me what I already knew. Mind you this is 8:30 In the morning it is Friday but why schedule Friday if you don’t wanna work Friday………..and only 1 wire needs replaced. Keep your quote
