We recently lost air conditioning during a major heat wave while living on base, and with a baby and dogs in the house, it was a tough few days. A third-party technician was called out, and I can’t say enough good things about the two men who came to help. The first technician quickly found the issue and gently explained that it could take up to two weeks to get the part. But instead of just leaving it at that, he made some calls, took the blower with him, went to the warehouse, and came back that same day with another gentleman to install it. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Despite working in the heat themselves, they were focused on getting us cool air again - not just doing a job, but making sure my family was okay. You don’t always see that level of compassion and effort, and I’m so thankful they were the ones who came out. They truly went above and beyond. I wish I would have gotten their names to say thank you. I really appreciated their kindness. It goes a long way!!

This company was absolutely great. We had an issue where our heater wasn’t working, creating the entire system to overwork and increasing our electricity bill by so much. Smith mechanical heating & air came out when they said they would, checked our system, and offered multiple solutions. We decided to go ahead and install an entire new AC system and we were helped choosing one that would fit our house and budget best. Their guys came over on time, worked efficiently and professionally, and took care of absolutely everything. They came inside and cleaned out the air vents, too. Once everything was done and finished, we noticed something was not letting the AC cool the house, so we called them to let them know and they were back that same day, ready to fix the issue. The new AC thermostat hadn’t been plugged in correctly, which was a quick and simple fix, and even then, the owners had offered to pay for us to stay at a hotel if our house was too hot, which we gladly appreciated but was not necessary. We were highly impressed with everything they had to offer from start to finish. Excellent work, prices, and staff!

Smith Mechanical Heating & Air relocated and installed a new unit in my attic today, and I am thoroughly impressed. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and respectful. Despite the challenging conditions—working in an attic with outside temperatures nearing 90°—the two men working here showed outstanding work ethic. They never complained and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. One aspect that stood out was how meticulously they cleaned up after themselves. Thanks to their hard work, I now have a ice-cold house and no leaking unit!!! The task itself was no small feat. Relocating and installing a new unit in the attic required precision and expertise, which they demonstrated effortlessly. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend for anyone in need of similar services!
